The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and leadership to ensure our positioning is clear, compelling, and aligned with real customer needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on — comfortable building campaigns while also improving processes, testing new ideas, and scaling what works.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals
Plan and run campaigns across digital channels (content, email, social, paid, partnerships, etc.)
Own messaging and positioning to clearly communicate product value
Work with design and product teams on launches, features, and updates
Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
Manage the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy and messaging
Support sales with materials, insights, and lead-generation initiatives
Continuously test new channels, formats, and growth opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and funnels
Ability to turn product features into clear customer value propositions
Experience working with marketing analytics and performance metrics
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
