The Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining product features and systems that serve our users every day. You’ll work closely with product, design, and leadership to turn real customer needs into simple, elegant solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is both pragmatic and thoughtful — comfortable shipping quickly while maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain product features across the stack

• Collaborate with product and design to turn requirements into technical solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning

• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability

• Review code and contribute to engineering best practices

• Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and technical debt

• Contribute to improving development processes and tooling

• Document systems and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer or developer

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language

• Experience building and shipping production applications

• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture fundamentals

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
